Northwest Affordable Housing
Northwest Affordable Housing (NWAH) makes available housing rehabilitation and down payment assistance to eligible clients throughout the ten counties the Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NWRPC) serves. Northwest Affordable Housing provides financial assistance in the form of a zero percent interest, deferred-payment loans for housing rehabilitation or to purchase a home.
Down Payment: Assistance is available in the form of a zero percent, deferred-payment loan to assist renters in the purchase a home.
Home Repairs: Assistance is available in the form of a zero percent, deferred-payment loan to make necessary repairs to an owner-occupied home. Housing rehabilitation measures include new siding, roofing, windows, septic systems, wells, insulation, furnaces and more.

Northwest Affordable Housing was incorporated in 1996 as a 501(c)(3) for the purpose of promoting affordable and accessible housing for low- and moderate-income persons.
Household Income Limits
To be eligible for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Housing Cost Reduction Initiative (HCRI), and HOME Programs, your gross income must be below the income limits shown.
