The Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NWRPC) administers a number of housing rehabilitation and down payment/closing cost assistance programs. If you reside in one of the ten counties listed below and are interested in the programs and funds offered, please call Kimberly Gifford, Housing Development Specialist at 715-635-2197.

Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, and Washburn
